FROM CONVERSATION TO FOLLOW-THROUGH

Good relationships deserve
more than a scattered to-do list.

A practical rhythm for keeping track of your business, without losing the human side.

01

Bring the context together

Keep people, organizations, notes, and project activity connected so the next conversation starts with context.

02

Choose what matters

Review incoming activity. Decide what belongs in your CRM, what needs a task, and what you can dismiss.

03

Make the next move

Assign follow-ups, track opportunities, and come back to a clear view of the work that needs your attention.

A SHARED PICTURE OF YOUR BUSINESS

Everything connects
back to a relationship.

People & organizations

Keep contacts, categories, organizations, and subgroups organized around the way you actually work.

Tasks & follow-ups

Turn reviewed emails and meeting actions into tasks. Give the next step an owner and a place to live.

Projects & opportunities

Connect your work to the people behind it, with linked activity, notes, and documents.

Connected conversations

Bring in supported Microsoft 365, Google, and Fathom activity with account authorization and review controls.

Integration availability depends on provider permissions and configuration. Some connections require renewal; automatic checks may require the CRM to remain open.

ONE OWNER. MORE THAN ONE BUSINESS.

Room for every
part of your work.

Use separate workspaces for your businesses, teams, or initiatives. Invite colleagues to the workspaces they need and keep the rest separate.

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW

Start with a conversation.

Who is Relationship CRM for?

Entrepreneurs, consultants, coaches, and small business teams who want a more organized way to manage relationships and follow-through.

Can I try it with my business?

We are welcoming inquiries for a controlled pilot. Email us about your business and how you would like to use the CRM. Access is arranged individually; this page does not create an account.

Can I manage more than one business?

Yes. Customer owners can create additional workspaces and assign access to colleagues. Workspace records remain separate, and existing users count once across the customer’s workspaces.

What does it cost?

Pilot terms and pricing are discussed before access is arranged. There is no payment or subscription signup on this page.

What data should I use during the pilot?

Use ordinary business contact and project information within the agreed pilot data policy. Do not upload patient information, protected health information, passwords, or other restricted sensitive records.

BUILD YOUR BUSINESS. KEEP THE CONNECTION.

More meaningful relationships.
Fewer forgotten next steps.
